Thank you very much for these links. They will be very helpful to me as I explore spinal extension possibilities.

Thank you also for your great Yoga resource recommendations here and on other forums. I gave my fiancee' a Bryan Kest DVD, and she liked it alot. She has been doing Yoga for a little while. Though she notes that the lithesome appearance of the participants in the Kest DVD is somewhat disheartening. (It is the "Tone, Sweat, Energize" series) "I don't look like that!" :lol:
