Evening Dan,

Hope you are well - it seems that things are really going places for you.

I have just finished my school committments an hour ago - I am basically a free man for a couple of weeks - I am a very, very happy man !!!!

My last committment is tomorrow - it is in getting CST into more groups in my "immediate sphere of influence"- I start the school Olympic Weight Lifting team tomorrow (several kids Australian champions) as well as another group of older kids we are "mentoring" to be better role models for the younger students.

Now - training for ME !!!!!!!

I love what you have done with your flexibility.

I have a big ask from you - would you mind highlighting the sequence in detail (with reference to specific articles and video resources you have posted ) that you see in hind sight that will bring someone up to speed in quick time to explore the back flexibility you are enjoying ? Please be aware that I am brain dead in a huge way so please make it as idiot proof / clear as possible please - I need some very, very serious self and nourishing time. Just read that last sentence again - 3 pleases - hope to have my brain cells back to near normal as soon as all possible !!!!

Absolutely empty, but looking forward to a solid dose of quality "self" time.

Cheers
Randell:D

Randell,

Congratulations on your time alone, it is one of those things you don't miss until it is gone.

I'll help you with your "flexibility" I'll send it in an email. It looks like this specific information that you are asking for will be better served in a manual.

Talk to you soon!

Evening Dan,

If you could find the time to put out a specific manual on your explorations in back flexibility, I am sure a lot of people would also be interested in going there as well.

Cheers

Jame,

You'll need to wait until the manual is written, which I will be working on after the Catch-22 DVD is done.

If you have a specific question I will be happy to help,

Talk to you soon!
