Coach Sonnon,
Just saw your "nudging" message this morning. Here is my reply.
I live in NOVA and work in Government consulting and services corporations. Retired from the military two years ago.
I have trained under Mike Mahler, SRKC, in his Aggresive Strength Programs and am sponsoring his seminars in Alexandria. VA on the 11th and 18thof Oct. Also, I train with Dylan Thomas, RKC, in kettlebells and conditioning once a week and follow his training programs.
My passion is martial arts.It has been my privilege to have as my main instructor Dave Lamond of Fredericksburg, Va. He teaches Icho Yama Ryu Aikijujtsu and also instructs Daito Ryu Aikjujitsu Kodokai under the auspices of Kiyama Shihan of San Louis Obispo, Ca and Goldberg Sensei of Connecticut.
Another great pleasure is the ability to study the Indonesian and Filipino arts with Dr Dave Wink of Frederick, MD. His full contact martial arts style is incredible and is complimentary to my other studies.
Coach Sonnon's material has been valuble to my training. I used to use the breathing patterns from the old website in my rucksack training in the military and found it very valuble. My interest now is use of clubs for active recovery. I enjoy all of your material and thank you for making it public.
V/R Jim
