Hi guys, it's Matt Jones from Australia. I was just wandering if anyone could please provide some suggestions and guidance as to preparing for the CST Zeta Cert. In the past when I've had to travel for courses I've always had a fair bit of prep work to do. I'm sure that appiles twofold for CST!

I am soon to make my first purchases of CST books/videos and from what I've managed to piece together so far my list will probably be...

1. Bodyflow video series
2. CST Clubbell Book
3. CST Clubbell Video

Are there any specific tests one must prepare for in the CST (I saw a mention on the forum that there used to be a minimum performance standard with the Clubbells).

I can't wait to get stuck into the bodyflow drills.

Thanks guys,
Matt

Matt,

Body-Flow and Be Breathed will really jive with your Pilates background.

The basic GPP self-exam comprises 3 sets of 12 of every exercise (not including combination routines) in the CST video and book with a 15lbs Clubbell.

You will also need Warrior Wellness and the 3DPP manual to prepare. Practice Warrior Wellness daily. It comprises the core competencies of the CST System.

I look forward to seeing you at Zeta.
