 I'm convinced and ready to get going after reading a whole bunch of material on the clubbell site. The challenge is that I want to learn and do every thing, NOW! I know that this will no longer be an issue once I grow up, but for present I'll deal with it.
I had planned on starting with CST Train"g BK & Video, Warrior Wellness, B Breathed and 2 -15lb Clubbells, but as I read on it appearred that getting ,The Complete Zdorovye Russia Natural Health series with the 2 clubbells would be a more efficient approach.
Some one help me get clear. Am I just over thinking this? I'm relocating to Sarasota Fl. driving down from LI,NY this comming Monday or Tuesday (7/12-13) and want to get my order in so that my stuff gets there when I do and I can start doing it instead of surfing it. (Get It?) Can't wait to get into what you all are doing.

The CST Book and video, Warrior Wellness, Be Breathed and a pair of 15lbs Clubbells are the ideal "starter package" to begin your personal physical culture dungeon.

The starter package that Scott recommended seems like the ideal approach, even though I went the other route at first I STILL would recommend the 15's to start with.

Gettum Tony! I want to do everything NOW too, and I'm sure it won't be an issue 'once I grow up' either, but at 58yo I'm at a loss to predict when that might happen. :D
