Hey, fellow CST-ers, this is James Boelter signing in to the new improved forum. A few of you might recognize me as 'Lemon' from the Dragondoor discussion site, and I have been honored to contribute a couple of pieces to Full Circle since its inception.
I haven't had time to contribute and discuss much recently - I am working full time on a graveyard shift and am attending massage therapy school
in the evenings so I can make a career change to therapeutic massage - possibly deep tissue massage or myotherapy. I hope to incorporate Z-health, ROSS and CST methods into my personal hygeine and health maintenance and to use them to increase my sensitivity and rffectiveness as a hands on healer.
Time being in short supply, I just about have time to maintain what fitness and health I've got, 30-40 minutes of bodyweight exercises, clubbell and kettlebell medleys and a bit of Eight Brocades meditation before I hit the sack, but I think it will all be worth it in another six months. Then I can spend a bit more time with the Bells and think about gearing up for a CST certification seminar.
So I won't be saying much, but I will be checking in as often as possible. Best wishes to all you wild men and pioneers...believe me when I say that you have an incredible resource in these coaches and their methods!
