Sorry Coach, I guess I was filling the porcelain vase during that segment. When I hear "Trinity Squats" my mind associates that with lower body emphasizing exercise. All I can recall for "lower body" work is footwork drills (the accordion, box step, etc.). But, seeing that I missed this, could you tell me where on the tape it might be.

I don't have a list of time-codes. Have you gone through the video specifically looking for the exercise?

No, sir. I have not viewed the tape specifically looking for Trinity Squats. So, I guess your post is pretty much telling me to look harder. Will do Coach.
