Scott,
You were kind enough last week to respond to the issue of training around a healing fissure and being new to clubbells. I have been reading your Body Flow book with great personal interest. It is a very impressive work and I feel that it might be helpful with the same issue.
Straining or stretching of the anal area can (and has) adversely affected healing. The Body Flow concept of releasing tension through movement may strike at the very heart of the problem (tension/stress held in that area), but many of the movements seem to involve deep squat positions and glute/lower back/inner-thigh stretching.
Any thoughts on Body Flow movements that could be used in this situation?
Thanks!
