this one is for the tribe!!!!

i came up with this combination while having fun with my clubbell afcourse!

i used 4 components.

1-back arm swing

2-swipe

3-front arm swing

4-order position-locked elbow

Its a really fun combination to do.

i ussually add it to my clubplay -1 set -5 reps-both hands

i hope every one likes it.i just love the component exercises and wanted to combine them.

ive made 2 more virations for this combination........cant wait to show them.
im gonna perfect them a lil more before i put them up.as you can see i was slightly shaky at times.

i hope to get inovative with my clubbell training so u can expect to see many new combination rutines.i have some great ones in mind and some wild ones as well

i hope every one likes this one! because i love it 8)

Max, freakin' sweet Combination Routine 8) :D

Have you tried it ending in Order Position as opposed to the Flag Position which you demonstrate, think it might be a bit easier on the shoulder which is under quite a high work load through this beauty.

Also, of note, if you're doing these often, be sure to keep your shoulder closed and packed throughout the motion but especially at the end in Flag Position. As your reps increased, your shoulder slipped progressively farther forward in the ending position. This'll lead to problems soon. I really hate to pick, but I'd hate it more if you injured yourself as a result of my silence.

Keep up the good work and keep fostering the imagination to create beauties like this one.
In faith,

thanks doug!!!

glad u like it.

i see what u mean(side view)my shoulder is very extended

i wonder why i havnt noticed.good thing i poseted this here.
thanks, i will adjust my error in form right away.

as for finishing in order position instead ,i really like it this way.because of the good pace and tempo that comes to a controlled stop.

thanks for the advise,i would have hated it if u said nothing about my form.and i definetly dont want to get and injury.

thanks a million!!

Max,

I tried these Wednesday night. Fantastic!

They are now officially a part of the HIIT program I'm on for the rest of the summer.

Thanks for posting this combo!

Max,

I REALLY liked the combo. I have been trying to come up with something new and this is better than what I would have come up with. Thank You for spicing up my workouts.

Nice combo. That's one of the things I like about CB training as opposed to other methods: the fact you can just flow and go freestyle. When I'm writing myself programs, I always come with a general plan of sets, reps, %1RM/maximal effort in weights, KB's, sprints, medicine ball, etc. For my clubbell work I just write it in terms of minutes, and I just flow continuously for that time. No set exercises or rep schemes. It's fun.
