Hi guys. My name is Hugo Hanriot & I'm a long time member of mma.tv.
I've been interested in Coach Sonnon's materials since the Grappeler's Toolbox & have had good results using the Warrior Wells program to help me with ongoing back issues.
Coach Sonnon's always been extremly helpful with any questions or issues that I've had in the past. I look forward to posting on this forum & corresponding with other CST members.
