Hello all,
I´m 21 year old college student from Finland. I found the RMAX.tv and coach Sonnon through DragonDoor. Unlike most of you, I have never participated in any martial arts. I played ice hockey up until 4 years ago. I´ve been training with weights for about 5 years on and off. I´ve read coach Sonnons Body-Flow, and I also have the Maximology tapes. I have a pair of Clubbells, and a 1 Kettlebell so far. I must apologize for my english as it´s not my first language. It may not be even readable sometimes :lol:. Nevertheless I´m happy be a part of this great group of people.
