Hi Everyone,

I've been reading a lot about CST on this forum. It's evident that CST will assist with hypertrophy in the upper body. My question has to do with hypertrophy in the lower body. Can CST be geared toward this goal, and if so, how effective is it? If anyone can give me examples of how they have accomplished this goal, I'd appreciate that. Thank you.

Somebody had asked that same question just before we went to Delta - ask any of the participants - we would have gladly strangled that person because we experienced first hand the myriad of exercises that work the lower body - many of us could hardly walk for days !!!!!!

I'll leave it to one of the instructors who know their way around the online mag articles quickly, to give you some links.
