Anyone train little workouts 10-20 minutes spans throughout the day, if possable...

Anyone have experience with this,,any good....I am going to try it out..seems like a great idea..

Not with clubbells so much, but I've done it using bootstrappers and door chins. Nifty routine, doesn't tire you at all. Pain in the ass to get up every hour, one the hour, and blast out 30 reps of each though.

I think I saw a modified version of the above with CB's on the animal ability (or bodyweight) forums. Checked the archieves there?

On average, how long were your rest between sets?

On average 15 seconds (between 30 and 0 seconds rest.)

I've had great success with workouts every three hours. A long one in the morning (about an hour), another 20-40 minute in the afternoon, and a couple of minutes for the others. Say: 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm. Using some core martial arts movement or drill, a KB or CB exercise, and a body-flow drill. Very nice!
