This ones for the tribe!!!!!

i created these clips to give people a fresh way to design and create their own combination rutines :D

I am aware that coach dan is comming out with his long awaited catch -22-dvd.

so i hope that i didn't prematurely take one of the concepts from his new dvd.

fliping the clubb to order is a great way to create a fresh combination rutine as i will demonstrate.

this clip shows what u need to do to develope the move.

http://max.syptex.com/fliptorder.mpg

1- with a reverse grip just flip the clubb and cach it in order.

2-with an inward motion slide the clubb down to your other hand caching it in reverse grip.

3- just continue the same thing.

from here u can be creative and form what ever combo YOU desire.

here is my example combination rutine.

like Scott says.its not how heavy your clubbs get,but how deep you can take them in your training.

i can asure u that forming combos from a flip to order will have great nerological adaptation. Plus its fun to do.

give it a try,u can even use the example combination i provided.

take it for a test drive and give me some feedback.

for the next few weeks i will be working on smoothing out my new creation for all to see.i just got my 20's so im having lots of fun.

take care guys and gals.and thanks for all the support i get from everyone.

Max,
Your flips and hand changes are really smooth! I am impressed. Is that with a 20? From what I've seen so far, I think you are going to love Coach Dan's DVD.

Also, have you tried the exercise called The Rabbit Hole that Coach Jones posted in his last log? It reminds me alot of the downward portion of your hand change, except in the Rabbit Hole you come back up with the same hand. I think you'll like it.

casey!

no thats with the 15's.

funny storry about shooting those clips this morning.it was really sunny so i put on alot of lotion.when i got to the park i realized there was some left on my hands  i couldnt fully comand the clubb as i ussually can.but i managed just fine.

i did get a nice glimpse of the rabbit hole.but i couldnt fully get the motion,i tried it,ill admit.

the idea here was to show a concept that can be used to create combination rutines using the flip to order as a starting point and an ending point.

glad u like it! thanks.

the next few combos i got cooking will be with the 20's.

i realized how COMBINATION rutines leave difrent sensations in your muslces.its an addicting feeling for me.so i will continue to develope some unique movement patters with the clubbells.

this post was more about sharing a concept that can be utilized by who ever is willing.

Evening Max,

Karl and Gabby will be through in a few minutes from Byron Bay - we will be having fun with this combo tonight as well as getting into some Bodyflow.

I am sure it will become a favourite along with the Double mill when I get into some headspace-relaxing Gratification Flow stuff as well.

Very classy.

Cheers
Randell. :D

Max,

Nice work!

A good name for the "Flip to Order" from reverse Hammer grip would be
Reverse Hammer Forward Clean.

Try doing the Reverse Hammer Clean from Parked Position and you'll see what I mean.

Reverse Hammer Clean - featured in the Demo on my website.
http://www.cstcoach.com/dansdemo2.mpg
1. Park your Clubbell in your Centerline.
2. Take a Reverse Hammer Grip on it.
3. Explode up the Neck of the Clubbell,
and allow it to rotate inside 180 degrees,
4. Catch it in Order and Absorb with your whole body.
This is basically the same exercise except it rotates inside on a perpendicular plane. What is great about it is that you can rotate the Clubbell directly into the other hand.

with an inward motion slide the clubb down to your other hand caching it in reverse grip.
What is happening is that Max is allowing the Head of the Clubbell to drift toward his body and his other hand at the same time. He then uses the Reverse Hammer Grip to grip the Clubbell at Full Choke and uses gravity to Contour to the Knob.

This sliding motion is called "Contouring" it has a lot of cool uses. But I don't want to let the cat out of the bag.

There is a post I had referencing this called,
Getting a Grip on Catch-22!

Great work Max!

Talk to you soon.
