View Full Version : Combining KB's, CB's, ring training and body calisthenics

Good day, I would like to get some people's opinion as to how to combine different training modalities including KB's, CB's, free weight, ring training and body calisthenics into an effective training program for the purpose of power, strength, overall conditioning as well as hypertrophy? The goal is to increase overall muscle size while at the same time increasing functional strength and power in particular for mixed martial arts. Any advice would be appreciated.
