Hey everyone my name is Rich.

First time on the new discussion forum for circular strength. I am a musician by trade and like most of you I am trying to stay in the best shape possible as I age. I use kettlebells and clubbells along with bodyweight excercise. I like the clubbell sport and hope to compete someday.

Thank you for the welcome.

I read that article it sparked a question that I posted on the training program design forum.

Thanks again Coach Sonnon for looking into that for me.

Looking forward to the book Coach Szolek. I liked the articles you posted also. I will try to squeeze some of those excercises into my training.
