My story:
Been training in martial arts since childhood.
Have a heavy background in eskrima, hsing-i, qigong, and 4 years of kachin bando.
Work as an acupuncturist/ Chinese medicine doctor.
Favorite philosophers are kierkegaard (for making me feel better about my life), beckett (for a refreshing sense of apathy), and krishnamurti.
I love my clubbells. Been using them for 2 weeks now and already feel strength increases in my upper body. I also get a great cardio workout by combining them with rope work, lunges, and calisthenics. My sword and stick work have gotten better and I've replaced my axe handle and pipe training for clubbells.
Best part about them is that they don't stress my bad lower back which i always seemed to reinjure with conventional lifting.
Thanks Coach Sonnon for a great strength training tool!
