on the beginner WW it seems to help better on getting one better ROM. The other one tend to lead to better cordination, etc. Will doing the exercises in the intermediate levels and advanced in WW keep one having the good ROM, as with the beginner WW. I find the beginner WW better somewhat since it works better on the ROM aspect. So when I am doing the INTER Level I tend to do them, ALSo the exercises in the Beginner WW too...

The Beginner level Warrior Wellness recovers lost ROM (save that ROM inhibited by injury or surgery) by clearing Sensory Motor Amnesia and by releasing Residual Muscular Tension.

People sometimes misunderstand the benefits they'll receive from more developed courses, expecting the 'experience' to be the same as that which they had with the Beginner course.

There are three phases in Body-Flow: recovery, coordination or development, and refinement. Most often people feel the greatest immediate benefit from the Recovery Phase, because clearing SMA and releasing RMT provides an incredible energizing experience. For some life-altering since most of their lives was spent debilitated with stiffness, immobility and pain.

Coordination and Refinement Phases require more diligent study since it's actually 'forward' progress, rather than just removal of impediments.
