I've read lots of differents ideas on the subject. Does anyone know the optimal rep range for building size?
Is there a good range for size and strength?

Hi Jay.
I wrote an article on how I gained almost 15 lbs in three weeks, it is here:

For strength and size, I have found high-volume, low rep work to be effective. This means many sets of five or less.
