Hello,
I posted a bit of what my goals are in a previous thread. You can see it at :

Started Warrior Wellness™ beginner program this morning. Felt great!
Feels good to do something so complete and bilateral.
Gave me energy.
? As I have felt before in other types of exercise (kung fu, tai chi, qigong, yoga etc.) there is more range of motion on one side than the other. When I feel that one joint or movement is more restricted than the other, should I be doing more repetitions or holding for longer periods of time on that side?
Thanks!
Randall
