The regular home for the Russian Systema forum unfortunately drew to a close recently. I've extended our CST MA forum as a 'lifeboat' to the Systema students until they can jumpstart a new home. No one likes to float in limbo. There are quite a few CST Instructors who are Russian R.O.S.S. Instructors. They have much more in martial commonalities with their cousins in the Systema clan than anywhere else - and any differences only make the overall gem of Russian Martial Art that much more beautiful.

So extend a hand and welcome our new guests.

Hi all.

Another Systema refugee here.

Although usually I’d just prefer to read (some very informative posts here), I figured it would be rude not to say hello and thank you for the extended invitation. It’s great to see the different RMA communities coming together to share experiences and information for the benefit of all. Although I am an avid practitioner of Systema, I own a considerable volume of R.O.S.S. tapes and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them.

Once again, thank you for being so accommodating and I hope to get a chance to work with many of you in the future.

Well as a Systema, Kettlebell, clubbell fan I just joined this forum. Although my Systema experience is limited, I have gone to a few seminars, taken classes for a while before my move, and trained with Vladimir, as well as watch just about all his videos.

I am fairly new with Systema. I was able to watch Vladimir Vasiliev at a blade festival in Florida a while ago, then I began training under his student, Sonny Puzikas, soon after.

I just recently saw this thread and really wanted to thank all of you who have offered welcome for us systema folks. It was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Now the next step is to get some of you guys to come and train with us. :D
