Hi Coach Sonnon,
I am fairly new to CST but I'm already setting my sight on certification. What materials that you have writtem are attendees required to know? Any strenght level requirements? Thank you for any info.
Best Regards,
Edwin

Edwin,
The following are pre-requisite materials:
1. Warrior Wellness
2. Freedom By Degree
3. Body-Flow
4. 3DPP
5. Clubbell Training for Circular Strength
It is also helpful to have prepared:
6. 2 Handed CST
7. Catch Clubbell Training
8. Prime Bioenergy
9. Be Breathed
Strength is a relative term. Look at the "industry" and see how they measure your strength typically on the yardstick of bench press, squat and deadlift. However, such 'strength' has little to no direct relationship to you as a high performance human being. Hi Coach,
Thanks for the reply. Now I know how to prepare. Going back to the clubbell portion am I right to presume that it does not really matter what weight of clubbells you can swing but the correctness of the form that matters in the certification. Pardon my ignorance on this matter. I really don't have a birds eyeview on how one should perform during the certification. Is there a written exam?

Form is more important than actual "weight" because torque, leverage disadvantage and distracting grip all conspire to evolve beyond standard notions of "progression." Form/Flow is more important than speed and power (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3289).
There are several elements to the examination, including physical evaluation, coaching evaluation and written examination.
