My name is Greg Etzel. I'm 27, living in Fort Worth, TX, and have been training off and on since junior high athletics. However, only recently have I really decided to seriously dive into training and health as I finally came to the realization that theres no reason any person should become soft and weak when so much can be accomplished with only a little effort. So now I'm building a knowledge base for myself that I can hopefully share with my wife and one day, my future family.
What else? Hmm...I am a new student of Seven Star Praying Mantis kung fu (recently achieving my first level belt) and a regular 8-5 Grumbling Desk Jockey. So, I guess that means that most of my efforts go for personal benefits (hence cutting off the lard built up by too many years of laziness and bad info) and for any weekend warrior activities.
I came here by way of Dragondoor a while ago, but am just signing up.
