Hello everyone

My name is Jye you may have read my post with the thursday afternoon kids of Mr Bryla's, yes well i am one of those. i was wanting to hear abit about what every one has noticed with there CST training. For me well i have found that the warrior well-ness is excellent for loosening up shoulders i try to do the first step of Warrior Well-ness every morning. it helps you to feel good in the morning its not to hard ether. what i mean by that is you dont really work up a sweat. any way i gtg but write back.

Hi Jye!

I try and do Warrior Wellness every morning and every night. It helps warm up my muscles for the day, and settle them down for nightime. I really like how Warrior Wellness has helped loosen up my shoulders!! Are you doing Body-Flow? I'm just starting out. I'm working on the Back Rocks (which my sister and I have nicknamed Destroyer Droid rolls).

i am unsure what the Body Flow stuff is i think i may have done some of that kind of stuff but havent been told that it was called body flow. Back rocks humm... are they the same as Spinal Rocks cause i have done a few of those. but the thing is i havent really got the technic right. I get some of them right, but i get lazy and slak off.

Have you got any plans to do extensive work outs over the holidays. no wait are you on holidays or ... what. Where abouts do you live in the World i live in Australia Queensland.

Hey Jye!

I live in Colorado in the United States. I really want to keep up Warrior Wellness during the holidays, and I think it'll work out ok. Back Rocks are the same as Spinal Rocks.. I just keep getting the name wrong. How much Warrior Wellness are you into? I'm doing my neck, shoulders, arms, wrists and fingers. I really hope Warrior Wellness helps with balanceing once I get farther into it, because sometimes I'm kinda clumsy on my feet.

i do apologies for taking so long to reply. but i have been away on holidays and havent been able to get on the net. i am a bit disappointed with my work ethic over the holidays i really didnt do a lot. well at the start of the holidays i was doing well and getting really fit and fairly strong but a lot of late nights with friends and not a lot of sleep can really take it out of you. i got sick and didnt exercise. But Mr Bryler is going to train us harder, like really get in to it.

You asked me how far i am in the Body Flow stuff as far as i know we have done the hole body, but only the one section of the video Warrior Wellness.

i cant wait to have our training this afternoon i love this stuff and i havent done any thing for a while. Ooh so fun any way talk to you later.

Welcome back Jye!

I hope you had fun during your holidays even though you didn't do a bunch of the exercises. I've been working on 2 Body Flow exercises and I love them! It's really fun to roll around! Have fun training!
