Hi folks. I've been following this website for a while but just decided to get an account. I've been practicing martial arts for a few years (primarily hapkido, eskrima, judo). Decided that I like the resistance/"aliveness" of judo best. Finally seem to have hit the right formula for gaining weight (strength training plus eating 5 meals a day). Going to start some anaerobic cardio soon to train for a judo tournament in January.
Definitely interested in functional strength training and eventually incorporating clubbells or kb's in my routine.
