Okay, folks, to push you over the edge in sharing your creative Body-Flow Kinetic Chains, I'm going to offer you a contest challenge.
Submit a link to a video of you performing your most creative Body-Flow Kinetic Chain. You must submit your link here in this thread by Monday night midnight EST. Then from Tuesday to Friday, October 1st, I'll start a new link with a poll of your most creative Body-Flow Kinetic Chains. The tribe will then vote on a poll.
On Friday OCT 1, the person with the most votes, will receive one of my books of your choice which I shall personally autograph and send to you.
Let's see what you can do!

I neglected to mention that the winner and his/her most creative Body-Flow Kinetic Chain will be featured in the next issue of CST MAG!
Multiple entries are accepted.

I have not seen any submissions yet, so I thought that I should submit something.
Scott, I know you specified to post your most creative kinetic chains so this may be totally inappropriate. It doesn’t utilize any exercises from the book and it’s not my most creative. But the concept is there!
It’s a funny looking chain of movement traveling in one direction.
This here is just an arm screw roll and a back roll linked together.
I am positive any other submission would be more exciting then this
But I have fun doing it and I have been for the last few days. So I thought I will share this rather then something else!
I realized its time to take my practice to a much more deeper level and I am infused with a new strong desire to do so. And will be placing a much stronger focus on developing my body-flow.
I am hoping to see other submissions that are much more creative and better then this 8)

Smooth, Max. You may win the prize by default, but regardless it's smooth.

I have a bunch that I use.
My problem is that I am a technological luddite. :)
I don't have, or have access to a video camera, or a digital camera, or even a cell phone. . .
Jeez, I'm barely one step from being a caveman
Maybe next time. . . Good job, Max!
V/R,
Chuck

Well its not fun to win by default :( but it cant be helped.
Chuck i would have loved to see them!
I will be posting some that are a little more exciting 8) soon!
I am positive that a lack of camera may be responsible for the lack of submissions.

I may have something to beat you, Max. The challenge is getting it vid-clipped for posting. I'll have to see who I can recruit to for my videographer. :?

Darn Scott, I thought I still had a little time when I sent the clip. :? If you can, please post it for everyone anyway. I'd like people to see my mid-course adjustments to avoid braining myself on a cabinet.

Jason, Dan, and Max;
I enjoyed watching each of your contributions. I look forward creating things like that in the future, I'd have to say you are all very inspiring. Being that this is all new to me, I'm very awe struck. But yesterday and again today when I watched your clips, I had to just get out of my seat and practice the basic movements that I do know. Someday, those baby movements will take flight for me, but it's super exciting to see what you guys are doing!!! Keep it up!
