by pure chance I happened to watch a film called "you got served". Despite being 25 yrs too old for it (at least ) I cannot recommend this movie enough for the members of this forum.

I might have appreciated it before "bodyflow" but was intotal awe of it now, jaw dropped for 90 mins.

I went ahead and got the movie and watched it last weekend, you're right! It was very impressive/educational to watch how those kids moved. It was funny seeing them flow through some movements that look familiar. Very hard to sit still through that movie, wanted to get up and try some stuff out. Thanks again for the tip, tonight I am going to sit down and watch bring it on again and see if I catch some movement education in that too.
