I voted for wheeling bridge advanced, though I do dig the kitchen action of the rolling sine wave! Good job by everyone!
I am with Jarlo, the advanced wheeling bridge is very nice. Though Max was rockin' the shades while rolling. 8)

If it wasn't dark out at the time of filming, I would have presented a side view of the Rolling Sine Wave so you could see the up and down patterning more easily. It's fun, and doesn't take as much time to master as Dan's contributions.
Congratulations, Dan! Awesome work on the bridges   ... I have a ways to go before I'll catch up to you. You beat us fair and ...round.

It would be my pleasure. I'll see you tomorrow at practice.
This is a question coming from a newbie in this field: What components of skill are needed to perform something like that winning chain?
Thanks.

Those other than Dan get to try the answer to that question.

Edward,
You should be practicing body-flow and definitely be comfortable with bridging exercises!
Body-flow will get you on the right track to start forming your own chains of movement.

What components of skill are needed to perform something like that winning chain?
Ed,
Max has a good general statement, about this question. Here are the details.
The components are as follows,
The Confidence Fall from Maximology or Grapplers Toolbox, a Forearm Stand, and a bridge with a Rebound.
These are the "Components" or the individual parts of the Chain, but what you don't see are the drills, time, and removal of fear reactivity that goes into something like this. For that I will be writing a book on the subject. For access to developing your own unique talent the book already exists Body-Flow.
Get you your copy, get to work, and we'll see you in the next contest soon!
Thanks Max and Dan, i'll be their.
