I got my WW tapes last week and started with the beginner's program right away. Overall I'm starting to feel my joints "opening" up and some of the aches and pains are starting to subside. All in all, I can see why so many people here recommend it. I'm using it daily in the morning and sometimes at night before bed, it really helps me relax after a day of hoisting appliances and furniture at work. The increase in my ROM seems to have improved my overall strength as well, I have a better sense of coordination when lifting. The spine and hip exercises are a godsend!!!

Now for my questions. Should ALL of the exercises be done during each session or can/should each session be abbreviated to only a few exercises? I would like to take my time with the beginner program, is there such a thing as progressing too slow with Warrior Wellness?

P.S.

Arm Screw + Hip Circles + Beer + Dance Floor =

I love both of these

I'd recommend all exercises at least once a day but you could split them up. Like 1/3 before each meal. Or like I do, 1/2 in each of midmorning and midafternoon.

Taking your time is great. I don't think there's any rush at all. YOu'd only want the other levels when you really want them if you know what I mean. And we do WW all our lives anyway and "downshift" to the first level when needed so what's the diff.

Thanks Connie for the input. I'm still suprised at how much better I am feeling from these simple exercises, particularly in my lower back and hip region.

I'm actually impressed with my balance and ROM, I'm loving the 4 corner balance drill and all of the hip/spine exercises are awesome!!

For me, it's more convenient to do em all in one go. Get a bigger buzz that way. ;-)

But you're your own man, Mike. I can see advantages to taking it in smaller, bite sized steps (easier to focus on handful of exercises, smaller block of time etc) Why not try it your way and see?
