Coach,

I checked out the info on your diet in your training log. Looks pretty good to me. I will give that a try.

Just 1 question. Do you eat whole eggs everyday?

Thanks for all the help so far. Coach sonnon gave me some great advice on training. Started using it and it feels great. Thanks again.

I usually throw one in my post workout shake, and at some point through the day, I usually make a meal out of them. I really enjoy eggs :) And the solid protien and fat that they add to my daily caloric intake.

Also, have been debating switching to Silk once I'm done with this cycle.

Also, be careful if you choose to add raw eggs to your diet (such as in a shake) the need for cooking food to kill bacteria and virus is well documented. I was listing my diet to answer a question, not to suggest that it would ideally suit anyone other than me. So know what you're getting into.
