should I be practicing this everyday? Or every other day or twice a day or what? I've been working with it for a few weeks now and while I feel I am making progress I would still like to know if anyone has any pointers for the practice of Be Breathed. Thanks

I use the movements in a variety of ways. Sometimes I use a couple a movements from "Be Breathe" as "active recovery" between sets of other movements. Sometimes I use the entire sequence in combo with traditional yoga or as an element of a kinetic chain in bodyflow(Every other day or so) and sometimes I do it as one single practice.

I'd just remember that the muscles engaged during an entire workout will need the same recovery time as any other muscle group.
