Hi, my name is Mike. No offense to weight lifters in the least but it was beginning to be like eating chocolate cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner-good at first but boring. Started with Furey's Web Page, then to John Peterson's and from there a whole world of Body Weight, Kettlebells and Clubs. I can't wait to try all of them, especially the clubs. I like the concept behind it. My overall goal is to get stronger and toned.

To continue your analogy, I think you'll find that Clubbells are Prime Rib one night, then Eggs Benny the next morning, followed by Fettucini Alfreado some time in the afternoon...
