My name is Casey Patrick Reilly. I usually use the "Patrick" in emails because Casey can be a girl's name too and I want to avoid any confusion. Sometimes people write me and say things like "What's a nice Irish girl like you doing at a place like this..."

I have been pursuing the goal of super 'strength' for seven years now, but I have only recently figured out what strength means for me and the best way to develop that. This development for me includes - as it does for may of you - clubbells, kettlebells and a few choice bodyweight exercises.

I used to be involved with Olympic Lifting competition but became disillusioned and always in pain.

I attended the ROSS IDP camp in March and was absolutely enthralled. There was so much information to absorb that it was almost overwhelming. But since then I have included practice of the ROSS skills in my personal development.

I work at a Washington DC based think tank dedicated to educating the American public about the justice of the cause of Palestinian independence and freedom.

I am grateful to be a part of this ever-expanding tribe.

Casey

Yet another KBer who works in downtown DC and lives in MD! I do the Silver Spring - Metro Center run, myself. We need to organize ourselves at some point in MD, because there are more of us than we realize.
