I think that these contests are a good way for others to get good feedback from their training for free! To me that is worth more than the prize! The more we help others by sumitting our Kinetic Chains the more we can learn about our Body-Flow!

I'll offer help to anyone who participates in these contests!

Dan, kick a$$ job you did.And i agree that these contests are really fun without the prize.

It would be amazing to see the swooping worm continue for like 4 reps.that would look aswome.

That sounds like fun. I only started doing the roll to worm yesterday! So maybe today I can pull it off smoother.

An even better idea would be to combine both the roll to worm and the swooping worm :twisted: .
