Hi everyone, I tried leaning right back as in the last portion of the vertabrae mobility exercise in ww.
Is it safe to just hang their looking behind you and allowing your lower back to relax?
I'm not explaining it very well, I mean leaning back not forward, could this damage some of the discs between the vertabrae?
I'm still feeling dam good from the ww and now i've started a cardio program which is really having a good effect on me, I never knew discipline could be so fun.
