Two month update on DOUBLE-D. Many have been on my case asking me to put up the before and after shots thus far to show my results with DOUBLE-D. The malcontented gym-mullets want to claim that Clubbells can't do anything to improve your form.

Well, I'm no bodybuilder, but Circular Strength has its own shape. I said it was Hack-n-Pack: I've lost waist size, gained size on my chest, back and on my arms... probably about 11 pounds of lean muscle. So, here you go: the first photo is Day 0, and the second photo is today (tomorrow is actually the 2 Month Mark, but it's family day - no work for me.)

I'm not about looks. I get my love at home from my family. However, smart training still transforms the body as well as the spirit.
Take it for what it's worth. Clubbells do everything CST says they do and more. 8)
Here are two more from today with the Bruiser:

Have you hugged your Bruiser today?

That's impressive. I'm sure that the mulletts will allways find something to be negative about.

Have a great family day!

The kudos belong to CST and Clubbells. I was really reluctant about posting photos and it took incessant prodding for me to post them, because I don't want this to mutate into some group love vanity contest. But because of all of the silliness that the gym-mullets and pencil pushers spew about Clubbells, I conceded to posting. Hopefully it will lend even more credibility to CST.
Thanks for the wishes. We have a great trip planned for tomorrow.

Youre getting no neck syndrome.....

 Maybe so, Jimmy. However, due to the sandwiched Warrior Wellness session and the 'circular' nature of Clubbell Training is that I've had absolutely no loss in my "raptor-like" neck mobility :P (actually no loss in mobility anywhere!)

Impressive changes for a man already so well trained.

HAHAHAAHAHAAHAH

Thanks for that. The major lack of such things has always been one of the more impressive aspects of this community of ours. I would certainly say that the above should achieve your goal.

PS: I like the "ready for a beat-down?" clubbell pose by the way. 8)
