Hi Folks,
For those of you who don't know me, let give you a quick update. I'm 29 and recently started CST with Rondel Benjamin aka Bengifari. Well Friday was a very extraordinary day. I was now starting "Softwork" and was amazed by some of the things that the body can naturally do. While being thaught by Rondel about areas of bound flow and helping each other to break up this area of bound flow. Not fully understanding but willing to trust one of my best friend we started. While walking on my chest, Rondel explain to me that one of my areas of bound flow was just below my chest and he proceeded to step on it and this moment I experience a sensation like no other.
At first I thought, Oh My God! My Ribs are broken! or fractured for the very least. Then I realise that there was no pain and at first what I thought was pain was actually the shock of the area of bound flow being broken. I hope I have explain myself properly. if there is anyone out there who can explain it better or give me more insight into this, it will be greatly appreciated.
In closing, I was loan the first tape in Shock Absorption by Rondel to help me understand what I was experiencing. This experience has just increase my egarness to learn more about softwork.....
