Hello my name is Tenoch and I'm 24 yoa. I'm 5'7 and about 140 lbs. I'm posting on here to find a new training program for myself. I've been in the martial arts for about 8 years and am a certified 8 step praying mantis instructor. I've done a lot of fitghing but no real competitions I've lifted weights and jogged in the past. Am currently doing nothing but bodyweight exercises from combat conditioning and running hill sprints. My body and my training has improved a lot from this training. I've never been in better shape. But now it's time to head in a different direction.
My current goals are to enhance my functional strength and increase the freedom of my movement. I would also like to increase my endurance.

Current training program:
M/W/F- Body weight exercises i.e jumping squats, single leg squtas, single leg jumping squats, rocking push ups, one handed rocking push ups, one handed push ups, back archs/ Forms training
T/S- 10 60 yrd. Hill sprints an basic forms training
Th- Skip Rope and bag work/ Forms training
Su- Fighting

I own the Maximology Videos/ shock absorbtion videos/ body flow book/ 2 15lbs. clubbells + book and video/ and be breathed

I would really appreciate some feedback on what I'm currently doing and also how to put all of the CST to work. Eventually I want to become a CST Coach.
