How's it going everyone? I am just starting out again and hope to gain some insight on working out, so any help would be great.
Coach I do have a question. I saw your pics in one of the articles and I just want to know how you got so cut? In some of your older pics you weren't as cut. And in addition to Clubbells what else do you do? Thanks again.
