Hey the lilbuddah is here and well once more. I remember reading either a post or an article stating that one should listen to the physiotherapist and abstain once directed to do such. However I would just like to add that constant visits to the physiotherapist is absolutely a must you just never know when you will get the green light and the "RMAXification" sorry active recovery phase can begin. I have tested both with physician and with out and have seen a dramatic difference. I hope this advise would be headed especially by martial artist who are stubborn as I was. After my first knee injury occurred yes i did go to the physiotherapist however got the orders to rest for 4-6 months. Being a good boy I did this however never visited the physiotherapist again cause I still had pain. At 4 months I began to work out the injury doing normal recovery exercises of the average man. It took me almost six months to full recover. Now let's start the reason for this post. A month ago I suffered the same faith here in Germany this time the other knee. This time I did the physiotherapist thing and was told to immobilize for the month and go back. Now not wanting to miss the opportunity to gain the most out of my time here in Germany I decided to take a quick visit to the physiotherapist after two weeks. I was advised that I can begin to mobilize the joint. The RMAXification has begun. After one month of hand assisted basic shin rolls I am now ready for action again.. So Moral be harden but in a good way bother your physiotherapist a bit and RMAXify...Peace out...

Stickers will remain and the bottom of the shoe and be
mashed over and over again until they stop sticking.
Non-stickers will inoculate the shock and deflect the
force remaining in Flow State.....Robbiefarai
