Well the neck/shoulder pain is at the lowest since Oct 02. So time to ease back into the training.
Retuning to Inner Circle-Renegade Training. For the most part I'll be general as this is a purchased program. What you see below can be found in Coach Davies articles (online/books) without giving away the exact exercises/workloads for the Inner Circle.
Oh yeah the Warrior Wellness was added to enhance the as Coach Sonnon says in the WW videos "Joint Strength, Joint Strength, Joint Strength".
AM. Workout (Time is relative. I work nights)
Warrior Wellness => 25 min.
1. Basic Tumbling
2. Hurdle Drills
3. Jump Rope Circuit
4. Body Weight GPP
5. Balence Training => INDO Board, DURA Ball
6. CBell/KBell
7. Warrior Wellness
First time I've gotten to use the CB 10's ever and the 15's since injury. [I've been using the 15's exclusivly since Apr. 2003.] 10's, no problem there, light even. However, when I picked up my 15's for that portion I thought someone had switched them for 25's. I don't know if it's the RPE in the weight difference that shocked me or lack of training. The difference is significant
The PM session will have to wait until after work. But I plan on the following.

10. Weighted GPP
