I've been lurking for a while (but posted on the previous forum), and Coach Sonnon asked me to introduce myself.
My main training focus has been kettlebells, but I have been throwing in a bit of Scott's stuff, mainly Warrior Wellness for joint mobility and active recovery. I also like to do a few sets with my homemade CBs (sand-filled plastic bat, ca 12 lbs) after KB-ing. After a full-bore KB workout I've managed 20 Mills per hand and 20 two-handed BASACs.
I've got the Maximology videos and find the whole thing a bit overwhelming. Without a particular goal other than general health and KB performance, I hardly know where to start with it. Some of the breathing material has been the most helpful, especially after I got a few clarifications from the Forum. The vibration drill is great between KB sets.
As for other training, I will occassionally do a Scrapper BW workout, a little Tai Chi (really helps the lower back and hips) or yoga (have Yee's "Yoga for Energy").
Given the time demands of work, family, commuting, and this "bug" that won't go away, my training is fairly restricted, so I'll probably just continue lurking to see how other people are integrating their various fitness pursuits.
