I havent wrestled since high school but am considering joining the club team at my college. Its been a while since I wrestled. Im thinking in terms of solo traning to prepare:
From the products I have: Warrior Wellness, Grapplers Toolbox Vol 1. And the Zdrovye breathing tape
Products I might want to get in the future: Body Flow Tapes, Be Breathed Tape
One questions would IOUF be good for wrestling even though it seems more towards jacket/gi wrestling. Im assuming some of the principles carry over. Physics is physics after all. Or would Leg Fencing be better or am I way off in thinking leg fencing would have anything to do with wrestling?
