Starting 10-23-03 at 2:30am (yup I'm a night owl)

2:15am
2 boneless, skinless, chicken thighs
3 medium sized, mushrooms
1 teaspoon natural Peanut Butter

1 super fruity protein shake

2:30pm
5 eggs scrambled w/ generous helping of fresh chunky salsa.

1 heavy protein shake
(1cup milk, 2tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter, 1 1/2 scoops Designer Whey, 1tsp. honey, 2 raw eggs, pinch of cinnamon)

9pm

2 boneless skinless Chicken thighs, wrapped in a slice of bacon, with grilled mushrooms and onions. Oh man I love this stuff.
1 glass of whole milk.

1whole apple, (i eat the core, seeds, and all. minus the stem)

9am
1 heavy protein shake

12:30pm
1 super fruity protein shake

2:45pm
4 eggs scrambled with 1/4 cup of milk and some super chunky salsa

4pm
tall glass of milk

Apologies for the lack of consistency here. My diet has been undergoing a bit of an overhaul so till it's all set my log won't make much sense.

At anyrate, it should just be a matter of days till I'm back to the record.
