Hi All,

Just want to share my enthusiasm for the great leaps in understanding and skill that I have made recently.

Performance breathing:
Allows you to resist attempts to dis-integrate your breath and get on with the fight. People are quite shocked when their knee on diaphragm doesn't worry you and big punches to the stomach just make you smile whilst you make a disturbing breathing noise and hit back.

Warrior Wellness.
Has methods for influencing the spatial relationship between you and your opponent hidden within.

The ROM exercises provide somewhat of a map for hyperfunction helping you to use it to both create submissions and (my more recent discovery).... to get out of them. (I must get the rest of the series, I only have tapes one and two) By concentrating on natural paths of movement and getting out of your own way you can avoid submissions without the "Tug of War" that often results when fighting a submission attempt.

Arthrokinetics.
I don't aim to hold people down anymore.....

I stop them moving or make them move to my advantage by dis-integrating their breathing and alignment. They are so busy worrying about their discomfort that they don't realise they are being set up. Every movement they make allows me to "smear" a little more and increase their level of emotional arousal.

I know this is "Duh" stuff to many reading here but I felt like sharing. Please let me know if I am off the track
Cheers,
Stu.
