Tribe,

I recently purchased the fisticuffs series. Up to this point I have not viewed any of Coach Sonnons MA tapes. I use CST, Warrior Wellnes & Body Flow.

I have viewed the first two tapes and decided to stop there because there is a lot to digest already.

I have a few questions and can use some guidance on integrating this into my practice.

My MA background has been exactly opposite of everything you introduce on the tapes. Endless practice of techniques over and over and over again.

The problem I am having is coming from this background and schooling I am finding it difficult to put together any kind of starting point for practice.

Would it be best to focus on the first tape for a while before trying to integrate the concepts from the rest of the series?
or
Should I work it all together?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Peace
Rich

Include Prime Bioenergy into your daily practice. Spend time studying the Flow-State Performance Spiral. Your performance will transform spontaneously. Don't try to 'fit it in' but rather allow your movement and perspective to lead the way.

Dear Rich:

I am glad you have gotten yourself into Rmax's martial arts materials such as Fisticuff. Personally I would have gotten shockability series first because it is really foundational for the rest of RMAX's martial materials.

If you would like to workout with Fisticuff materials or do shockability, then please PM me. You are more than welcome to workout at the NYSC in the city with me. Currently I am in the process of recovering from a shoulder injury from last Sat. Best of luck with your training. By the way, what martial arts do you practice Rich?
