Dear Coach Sonnon and Forum members,

I was planning on purchasing Maximology, however, last night my girlfriend expressed interest in the Body Flow exercises as I was reading the book. Are the Body Flow exercises and kinetic chains in the Maximology series comprehensive enough for her to learn and get started on the path to Body Flow? If not, I was going to sacrifice Maximology and purchase the Body Flow videos for her sake.

thanks,

Will

Maximology contains a lot of cool biomechanical exercises in it. They are not the same as Body Flow but I would highly recommend this tape.

Along with the Body Flow Book you can have the best of both worlds IMO.

I have no idea to be honest, as I have neither body flow nor Maximology.

However, I get the impression that all of Scott's work is like a take off point. He shows you some stuff, you play with it and see where it goes. To that end, "comprehensive enough" depends on how much you play with it. IOW tapes like bodyflow and Grappler Toolbox, while containing nifty ideas, are Scott's nifty ideas. Who knows what kind of cool things you might invent?
