Hello everyone,
I've been lurking on this forum and the previous forum for about one year. I was first turned onto RMAX and Coach Sonnon thru the Tony Cecchine Catch website. I really enjoy all of Coach Sonnon's works.
My back ground is from the martial arts. I have studied bjj, judo/sambo, aikido, tae kwon do, and currently study catch.
