Thanks for everything Scott.
You and the CST tribe has done a lot for me this year.
Wow, the "Tribe" has grown and matured into something beyond my own beliefs. You were a great leader and role model this past year and I know through your own personal growth, we shall reap the benefits.
Thinking back to the very first forum and now....amazing.
This year you guided me back to my past to pinpoint the source of much of my "fear reactivity". Your concepts lead me win my first Judo Shiai and shared tactics that allowed me to fight toe to toe with "young, active and professional NHB fighters. I've embraced Warrior Wellness as the most wonderful physical creation I've known. You guided me to the light that reflected CST as the purest form of yoga. You aquatinted me with "Mr. Bruiser" a foe that reminded me of childhood dreams as "the world strongest man". I've also come to terms that there are things my body just wasn't built to do. I've admired the way you've encouraged individuality and creativity. You lead a drive to nourish my students with healthy food. You've also continued to be a wonderful friend.
I'm going to continue try to humbly and modestly get the word out. Once again, my time will be a little short, but I'll do my best with the time I have.
