Hi,

How much headroom does one need to use ClubBells in general, and the "Mobilized Strength" program in particular?

I'm 5'10" and live in a normal apartment, and I'm wondering how many exercises would have to be cut to spare the ceilings... :wink:

Any thoughts on Mobilized Strength for a beginner?
(I've got WW and BB tapes already.)

If you can stand with your hands raised, you can use the program, since all exercises can be done from lever rather than torch position.

Mobilized Strength is a Beginner's Program.

You also may choke-up on your Clubbells to save space.
